Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Protein Bars!

Guys! I’m not kidding when I say these are incredible! And they are so easy to make! They’ll last in the freezer 1-2 months and they are perfect for hiking or just a little treat for yourself.

I used regular rice crispies because I couldn’t find any brown ones! But if you find brown ones you can absolutely make it slightly healthier with them. And classic old fashioned oats!

I just crushed the sliced almonds I had into smaller pieces. I’m not a huge fan of big chunks in my bars.

Separately mix together the honey, peanut butter, protein, and vanilla. Place them on the stove top on medium, just enough to have them mix well and be warmed up.

Add more or less depending on if you need more protein for your lifestyle! I used shaklee French vanilla protein and it was amazing!
